Repairs Terms

1. House Call Service

• For repair services during the warranty period: No charge for spare parts or work done, only the house call fee of SGD 55 applies.
• For repair services after the warranty period: SGD 55 house call fee + cost of spare parts and work done.

2. Workshop Repair Service

• For repair services during the warranty period: No charge for spare parts or work done, but transportation fee to and from the workshop applies.
• For repair services after the warranty period: Cost of spare parts and work done + transportation fee to and from the workshop.

3. Temporary Replacement Service

• Available upon request, subject to availability.
• SGD 20 per day for strollers/wheelchairs and SGD 40 per day for special needs car seats.
